[email protected] Responsibilities - Establishes the methodology for the assessment of the Group's climate risks and opportunities based on the requirements of the internal risk management code and the relevant disclosure standards (e.g. TCFD, CSRD) - Oversees the recording, evaluation and prioritization of climate risks and opportunities and the quantification of their impact on strategy and financial results of the Group - Selects and establishes climate scenarios to analyze the above - Develops plans for handling climate risks in cooperation with the competent departments and monitors their implementation - Oversees report preparation in order to inform the management, as well as the relevant publications of the Group on issues falling within his/her scope Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from a Greek or foreign University - A Master's degree will be appreciated as an additional qualification - At least 8 years of proven work experience in energy market analysis and/or climate risk management - At least 3 years of proven experience in positions of responsibility in large organizations of wide scope and dispersion - Experience in energy companies or in companies or organizations related to climate risk management (e.g. universities, research centres) will be an additional asset - Knowledge of climate risk frameworks (e.g. TCFD) and risk management methodologies and experience in integrating them into companies' strategic planning - Excellent knowledge of the English language Role Soft Skills: - Accountability and Result Orientation - Problem Solving and Decision Making - Understanding of the business environment - Effective team management - Negotiation & Influencing skills - Change Management Benefits: - Attractive benefits package - Development opportunities in a constantly evolving environment - Possibility of flexible work arrangements - Inclusive work environment
