Location: Athens, Galatsi Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent PURPOSE OF POSITION The Group Revenue Manager is responsible for shaping and implementing the Group’s commercial strategy, aiming at optimal revenue management through dynamic pricing and advanced technologies. Leading a team of three Cluster Revenue Managers, they will ensure the execution of revenue management strategies across multiple units of the Group. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and indirectly to the Managing Director, they will play a crucial role in the overall business strategy and profit maximization. Key Responsibilities: Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends, booking pace, competitor pricing, and demand. Analyze performance data and generate reports to optimize sales and pricing strategies. Lead and mentor a team of three Cluster Revenue Managers while fostering a high-performance, innovative culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective revenue growth strategies. Leverage revenue management systems (RMS), machine learning models, and BI tools to optimize product distribution and conversions. Evaluate performance data and implement actionable plans to drive revenue growth. Partner with hotel directors, sales, and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives. Present analysis and recommendations to senior management while ensuring best practices in reporting and data interpretation.

Ειδικές Δεξιότητες

Required Qualifications: Leverage 15+ years of experience, including senior revenue management roles, with expertise in RMS, PMS, pricing tools, BI software, Excel, SQL, and AI-driven pricing optimization. Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to drive data-based decision-making while managing teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Utilize advanced revenue analysis tools and predictive analytics to optimize pricing strategies and improve business performance. Required Skills: Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and responsibility while maintaining focus on quality outcomes and project management. Exhibit outstanding leadership abilities to motivate and develop teams, transforming data insights into strategic decisions.
