Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are looking for highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our HR team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Advise and coach leadership teams on employee relations, organizational development, and talent management
• Provide HR guidance and support in areas such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement and workforce planning
• Drive key HR initiatives, such as employee retention programs, leadership development and change management efforts
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure effective talent acquisition and onboarding strategies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance on best practices
• Foster a positive organizational culture, promoting diversity and inclusion across the company
Job qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset
• Minimum 5years of experience in similar HR role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, Greek labor law and employee relations
• Experience with performance management, employee development and talent acquisition
• Ability to align HR strategies with business needs and objectives
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to quickly resolve daily operational issues
• Organizational skills & decision-making ability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
