About the job: We are seeking for an experienced professional to join our Transformation Program team. You will play a critical role in establishing and coordinating organizational change initiatives, that align with business objectives, strategic guidelines, and market trends, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, the Bank’s long-term growth, agility, and competitiveness. You will work closely with Senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, to support organizational change, optimize operations, and unlock growth opportunities. Responsibilities: • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and drive efficiency • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for transformation initiatives • Define initiatives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders • Ensure timelines, budgets and resources are effectively managed • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of transformational initiatives • Actively contribute to the identification and monitoring of risks related to the projects of the Transformation Program • Collaborate with functional leaders and business owners to align transformation efforts across the Bank • Present project status, risks, benefits realization and overall program impact to key stakeholders • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and organizational performance to propose new initiatives and identify opportunities for change Qualifications: • MSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in the Financial Services industry or a Consulting firm, preferably with specialization in the banking sector • Proven track record of participating in large-scale organizational change initiatives and strategies • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, emerging trends, and operational best practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
