TITAN Group is seeking a visionary and strategic Group Data Director to lead the development and implementation of our data management strategy. In this pivotal role, you will define and oversee the data management processes, ensure the adequate standardization of data elements, and drive the development of the data maintenance practices. Your leadership will enhance data accessibility and usability for key stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role will be based at our headquarters in Athens, Greece. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy and Governance -Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for the Group that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives. -Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and ethical use. -Oversee the development and management of the organization’s data architecture, ensuring it supports business needs and scales with growth. -Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to align and integrate data priorities. -Ensure that data is easily shared, reused, and securely managed across the organization. Data Management and Operations -Lead the development and management of data warehouses, lakes, and other storage solutions. -Ensure seamless integration of data from various sources, enabling a unified view of organizational data. -Drive initiatives to continuously monitor, assess, and enhance data quality and compliance across the organization. Technology and Innovation -Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to ensure TITAN leverages cutting-edge data solutions. -Foster a culture of continuous innovation and proactive exploration and adoption of new data-driven tools and methodologies. -Manage relationships with external data and technology vendors to ensure optimal performance and value. Team Leadership and Capability Building -Lead and mentor a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. -Develop and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top data talent -Collaborate with other departments to ensure data initiatives align with business needs and objectives. Data Risk Management -Implement risk management processes related to data, embedding them into wider governance processes. -Identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks to ensure business continuity and compliance.
