Position Overview We are seeking for a qualified Software Delivery Project Manager to join our IT Project Management team, part of Group IT Governance Sector. By joining this role, you’ll be a member of the “Business Projects” delivery team, responsible for the creation of the project’s schedule and the management of its successful implementation according to best practices and industry standards. As a Project Manager you will have the opportunity to manage some of the Organization’s most important projects and collaborate with multiple business units and IT teams across the Bank. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating effort through which the generated value will have impact to the Bank’s business and clients. Your key responsibilities will be: • Create detailed project schedules to depict the project activities in a clear and concise manner. • Maintain team and business stakeholders’ alignment through clear communications, status reports or steering committees. • Manage risks and issues through standard methodologies. Suggest and support any mitigation actions to steer the project to the right direction. • Maintain a constant view of the project’s health through KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the sector’s Operating Model and associated standards. • Become a key team member by coordinating, engaging and growing people as well yourself to generate value through the delivery of IT solutions. You will be a great candidate if you: • Have at least 2 years of recent professional experience with Software Project management preferably in Banking. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. • Holding related professional qualifications such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent is required. • Any experience in Agile methodologies is a plus. • Have a solid understanding of concepts such as time, leadership and expectations within the context of project management. • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude. • Must be proficient in project planning tools such as MS Project. • Have an excellent command of the English language and ability to write comprehensive reports for Senior Management audiences.
