Whether focusing on liquidity operations, debt capital market transactions, or interbank and correspondent banking relationships, you will contribute to the Bank’s ability to fund growth, manage risk, and serve clients across the world efficiently and responsibly. ________________________________________ Accountabilities – High-Level Overview As part of our Global Markets – Treasury Business area, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Bank’s liquidity, funding, and correspondent banking relationships — ensuring we remain agile, compliant, and well-positioned in dynamic and fast evolving market environment. You will join a high-performing team that drives the Bank’s interaction with global markets, optimizes liquidity across currencies, and contributes to the design and execution of strategic funding initiatives. In this area, you will: • Manage liquidity and funding across the Bank and its subsidiaries, executing secured and unsecured transactions with interbank counterparties and central banks. • Perform the Bank’s debt capital market transactions (bond issues), ensuring timely execution, operational readiness and structuring innovation • Stay ahead of market and regulatory developments, identifying risks and proposing actions to safeguard compliance and optimize liquidity positions. • Build strong relationships with interbank partners, regulatory bodies, and market participants to ensure access to diverse funding sources and trading opportunities. • Ensure operational excellence, maintaining transparency, sound governance, and effective risk management in all transactions. • Collaborate and coach, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Global Markets- Treasury team. ________________________________________ Needed Capabilities Technical and Professional Expertise • Strong understanding of liquidity instruments (money markets, secured and unsecured, collateral usage), debt capital markets and funding products (senior, subordinated bond instruments) , and Treasury management within a Bank. • Experience in treasury operations covering both short term and long-term financing needs • Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks governing liquidity, capital, and funding. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven decision making. Strategic and Analytical Thinking • Ability to interpret market movements and translate them into strategic funding and liquidity actions. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, balancing performance, cost, and compliance priorities. • Capacity to simplify complex data and communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
