You will play a critical role in the design & execution of Piraeus transformation strategy, ensuring the Bank’s long-term growth, agility, and competitiveness. You will work closely with Senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, to drive innovation, organizational change, optimize operations, and unlock growth opportunities. The role requires a blend of analytical, project management, and communication skills to help drive meaningful organizational change. Responsibilities • Drive strategic transformation initiatives across the bank, from ideation to execution • Collaborate with functional leaders and business owners to align transformation efforts and strategic initiatives across the Bank • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation through market and internal analysis • Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments for proposed initiatives • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic and transformational initiatives Qualifications •MBA or MSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field •Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or innovation roles in the Financial Services industry •Entrepreneurial mindset with strong critical and creative thinking •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills •Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and design thinking •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
