[email protected] Responsibilities: -Oversees and supports the implementation of the process related to the warehouse organisation and operations, as well as the broader distribution of materials and equipment. -Participates in ensuring and determining the optimal warehouse network, utilising both company-owned and leased buildings and storage facilities. -Coordinates and optimises the process for monitoring the warehouse performance and the progress of related improvement initiatives. -Oversees the proper warehouse operations regarding the systemic and physical inflow and outflow of materials. -Oversees and provides guidance in order to achieve the desired performance in the receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes of materials and equipment, in accordance with the Department’s goal setting. -Develops a strategy for the demand and supply planning management and forecasting, in collaboration with other relevant stakeholders within the organisation. -Coordinates the required supply actions and supports the development and implementation of replenishment strategies to ensure continuous availability of materials and equipment, as well as an optimal distribution network. -Oversees and reviews the demand planning based on predefined spending limits and inventory value targets per operational unit. -Supports the development and integration of technological tools to optimise warehouse, inventory monitoring, as well as supply and demand planning processes. Requirements: -A Bachelor's degree or diploma from a Greek or foreign University, Technological Education Institute or College. -At least 8 years of work experience in overseeing and optimising warehousing operations, goods distribution, and inventory management, logistics processes, as well as the monitoring of the supply chain performance. -At least 2 years of experience in related positions of responsibility and team management. -Knowledge of ERP system: SAP S/4H. -Work experience in related sectors within large companies, organisations, or energy companies will be an asset.
