Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position: Digital Marketing Manager About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the multi-channel marketing execution for ANT1+. You will coordinate performance, social, and content marketing teams to deliver impactful integrated campaigns that grow awareness, engagement and subscriptions. Job Description • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, social, paid media, and CRM • Oversee daily collaboration with Performance, SEO, Social & Content teams • Manage campaign calendars, creative briefs, and end-to-end execution. • Optimize conversion funnels with Product & Commercial teams. • Track KPIs (CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention) and produce performance reports • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints • Coordinate with agencies for media buying, creative and production • Test new channels and innovative formats to expand reach Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data & Analytics, or Media Management is a plus • 4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in subscription or entertainment businesses • Strong understanding of paid media, social platforms, analytics and attribution • Experience managing cross-functional teams and agencies • Analytical mindset with strong communication skills • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group The Company Offers • Competitive Salary Package • Health and Life Insurance Plan • Thrive in a Supportive and Dynamic Workplace – Be part of a collaborative team that champions innovation, values diverse perspectives, and drives strategic success together
