Περιγραφή

Alternative Cementitious Materials (ACMs) are products allowing to reduce the CO2 foot-print of cement, replacing part of the clinker in concrete. TITAN Group is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing and Project Development Head to join our Alternative Cementitious Materials team. This pivotal role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing long-term partnerships and sourcing strategies for Alternative Cementitious Materials, and exploring relevant M&A and joint venture opportunities across Europe and beyond, ensuring the execution of the Group’s growth strategy. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Alternative Cementitious Materials Business. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sourcing - Commercial Partnerships - M&A • Lead the development, in co-development with local Titan BU GM when the development is in Titan Europe countries, and execution of long-term sourcing agreement for alternative cementitious materials with a time horizon of 3+ years, anticipating as much as possible further operational consequences of such contract (logistics, costs, regulatory, etc.). • Cultivate relationships with key global/regional suppliers, customers, and institutional stakeholders. • Negotiate and manage long-term supply contracts and joint ventures. • Identify, evaluate, and execute new growth opportunities through joint ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships. • Anticipate go to market, commercial expansion into new markets and sustainable material categories in close relationship with Titan region and Group Trading. • Identify and mitigate strategic, operational and financial risks to support investment decisions and financial planning. 2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution Lead project teams across the Group and country BUs to support business development initiatives and post-deal integration. Federate group functions and, in the case maybe, BU team to achieve the following actions : • SCMs quality analysis for sourcing countries with group R&D • Compatibility with norms of destination countries with goup SCMs • Logistics for export : resources and infrastructure needed locally and abroad with Trading team and local team • If applicable, negotiate the long-term contract in “tandem” with country head, incl legal group • CAPEX potential with Group Engineering support • Anticipate sales of SCMs exporting to others countries, defining the targeted countries with Group trading, Terminals supervisor, and, in the case may be, anticipate sales resources needed • Supervise the business plan incl. all the above, with finance group • Prepare the file and support the presentation for Group approval • Ensure seamless execution of commercial agreements and partnerships.

Ειδικές Δεξιότητες

Candidate Profile: • MSc in Business or Engineering. • Approximately 10 years of experience in business development, trading, or commercial roles—ideally in construction materials or heavy industry. • Ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. • Ability to spot and assess viable business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions or JV projects. • High level of analytical and synthesis capabilities; understanding financial drivers, pricing strategies and profitability levers. • Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. • Strong knowledge of international seaborne trade and logistics. • Ability to build trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. • Strong negotiation skills. • Demonstrated agility in navigating multicultural environments and geopolitical contexts. • Fluent in English (corporate level); knowledge of other languages is a plus. • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project). • Availability for frequent international travel. • Military Obligations completed (where required).
