GEK TERNA GROUP is currently looking for a Machine Learning Engineer As a  passionate ML Specialist you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that supports numerous digital transformation initiatives and provides various data-related services to end users across the organization. Responsibilities: Understand and document business needs Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using cloud services Proficient in data preprocessing, cleaning and transformation to prepare data for machine learning model training Engineer relevant features from raw data to improve model accuracy and performance Train machine learning models using various algorithms and optimize hyperparameters for better model performance Deploy machine learning models to production environments on AWS, allowing for real-time or batch inference on new data Build and train deep neural networks for tasks such as image recognition and natural language processing Assess model performance using metrics and implement monitoring solutions to track model drift and maintain model quality over time Explain machine learning model predictions and interpret model decisions, particularly in situations requiring transparency and fairness Communicate recommendations to stakeholders to help them make informed based business decisions Help establishing an AI culture across the Group Requirements: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or relevant field 2 years min of proven experience in similar role Knowledge of the latest ML Libraries Python and/or R knowledge is mandatory Competencies: Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening Ability to multi-task and manage various projects/requests/issues
