The ELVALHALCOR - Copper & Alloys Extrusion Division is searching for a self motivated PROJECT MANAGER (FUNDED PROGRAMS) with problem solving skills to join Continuous Improvement department team in our plant in Oinofyta Voiotia, Greece. Role Description Key Responsibilities: • Development of comprehensive funding proposals for subsidized programs that address interdisciplinary issues. • Conducting research to identify funding opportunities, continuously updating recent policies/regulations and trends in the field. • Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of funded research projects according to defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Creating and maintaining effective communication channels among project partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and information exchange. • Ensuring compliance with project objectives, guidelines, and reporting requirements set by funding bodies. • Building strong relationships with funding agencies, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders. • Communicating projects at meetings, conferences, and workshops, presenting progress, outcomes, and future plans. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred. • Full professional proficiency in English • Proven experience in managing funded research projects. • Demonstrated expertise in writing funding proposals. • Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring. • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage international partnerships. • Familiarity with relevant EU regulations, policies, and reporting requirements. • Knowledge of new technologies (IoT, Industry 4.0).
