As Operations Τeam Leader will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Branch, coordinating and controlling the teams’ daily actions regarding the implementation procedures, monitoring the working progress while ensuring compliance with internal policies and the applicable regulatory framework. What you will be doing • Building up professional relationships with corporate leasing customers. • Maintaining and developing the customer portfolio. • Participating in meetings with existing and potential customers. • Presenting leasing proposals to the relevant Committees. • Participate in the implementation of the approved financial leasing applications, including collaterals. • Monitoring the process for collateral registration and deletion. • Monitoring the transfer of the leased assets at the end of the lease. • Coordinating the procedures with third parties (e.g. insurance and evaluating companies, notary officers, lawyers, group subsidiary companies etc.). • Managing customers' requests and complaints. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field. • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance will be considered an asset. • At least five (5) years of working experience in banking/leasing, ideally as a team leader in a customer relationship management role, preferably for corporate clientele. • Excellent use of both Greek and English language. • Advanced use of the MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What we offer It’s all about our people.
