As Senior Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for leading important digital projects across Growth & Innovation Business Area of the Bank. What you will be doing • Lead important/strategic projects across the G&I Business Unit and between G&I and other Business Areas of the Bank • Support the process of synthesizing and maintaining the master plan for all important projects across the G&I Business Unit, including planning, budget and project status • Identify and proactively address critical issues that may impede the progress of important projects and initiatives, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, assess their impact, and obtain necessary approvals • Coordinate and facilitate the creation of presentations and reports primarily aimed at Top Management and internal Stakeholders, following the Bank's methodology and best practices • Support evaluation and enhancement of governance processes and protocols to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across all Growth and Innovation (G&I) Units. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Engineering (preferable) or in any other quantitative field of study. • Previous work experience in financial services/banking will be considered a strong plus. • At least seven (7) years experience of working experience in Project Management role • Experience in monitoring and managing the delivery of large-scale, complex digital programs that combine processes with technology. • Strong storytelling capabilities and excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders. • Proven experience working with the Agile methodology and DevOps will be considered as an additional asset. • Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and of MS Project. • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
