Περιγραφή

As Digital Business Analyst you will be responsible for the design, development, operation, promotion and support of the use of the Bank’s services that are available through its digital channels (i.e. Mobile Banking, Web Banking). Also, you will be support the design, development and implementation of supreme mobile- and web-banking solutions that deliver value to individual and business Customers. Acting as a liaison among business, IT delivery teams and the Customers, the ideal candidate will aim to ensure the excellent execution of mobile/web projects, in alignment with the digital channels roadmap of Alpha Bank. What you will be doing • Work closely with business stakeholders and support function representatives to define and prioritize objectives, scope and requirements for delivering new or for improving the existing digital channel solutions of the Bank. • Identify and assess the legal, regulatory, operational risk and Data Protection requirements covering digital services, assess implications and seek respective solutions. • Work closely with User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Designers as well as with his/her team members, i.e. product owners, developers, testers and tech leads, to design customer journeys resulting in top digital experiences. • Ensure the support and the timely delivery of testing and software quality control. Provide input to consumer research or usability tests to validate customer value as well as journey improvement opportunities. • Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to ensure that the digital offering remains at a leading position. • Monitor service adoption by the Customers and take proactive actions to maximize it, in line with the Bank’s strategy and targets. • Understand and assess the vendor solutions market; build and maintain trustful relationships with vendors, while participating in negotiations and contractual agreements. • Ensure the overall operational efficiency of assigned mobile digital solutions, identifying potential risks and coordinating their escalation, maintenance and troubleshooting. • Seek customer insights to improve their online experience. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Systems or Business; • A Master’s degree (MSc) would be considered an asset. • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a relevant position. • Experience with digital product development, especially in the design and implementation of web services or mobile applications, both in agile and waterfall ways of working. Experience in Agile Scrum will be considered an asset. • Experience in the financial services sector will be appreciated; similarly, experience in digital payments or e-commerce will be considered a plus. • Understanding of the mobile (or, alternatively, web) technical ecosystem. • Understanding of business objectives and design principles, with the ability to work closely with UX teams, copywriters and infrastructure teams. • Customer orientation – ability to put yourself in the Customer’s shoes. • Organizational and proactive skills, with attention to detail. • Strong time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple balls and to deliver under tight deadlines. • Influencing skills across stakeholders at different levels and functions. • Flexibility and adaptability, with a “can-do” approach. • Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills. • Team player skills, willingness to work collaboratively across functions. • A results-oriented spirit and a “hands-on” mentality. • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Greek and in English (oral and written) in front of technical and business audiences. • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite; familiarity with the use of the MIRO/Mural collaboration tool will be considered a plus.
