Περιγραφή
As Digital Product Owner you will responsible for leading the analysis, design, technical development and implementation of supreme digital products and services that deliver value to business Customers, i.e. Success criteria include channel Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer uptake of new service functionalities as well as development team velocity.
What you will be doing
• Work closely with business stakeholders and support function representatives to define and prioritize objectives, scope and requirements for delivering new or for improving the existing digital channel solutions of the Bank.
• Identify and assess the legal, regulatory, operational risk and Data Protection requirements covering digital services, assess implications and seek respective solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Designers as well as with one’s team members, i.e. business analysts, developers, testers and tech leads, to create, maintain and drive a Product Backlog according to business/customer value and to design customer journeys resulting in top digital experiences.
• Plan and prioritize a product backlog, manage the backlog throughout iterations as well as plan and refine user stories.
• Handle the product release plan dates and set the expectation for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Ensure the support and the timely delivery of testing and software quality control.
• Provide input to consumer research or usability tests to validate customer value as well as journey improvement opportunities.
• Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to ensure that the digital offering remains at a leading position.
• Monitor service adoption by the Customers and take proactive actions to maximize it, in line with the Bank’s strategy and targets.
• Understand and assess the vendor solutions market; build and maintain trustful relationships with vendors, while participating in negotiations and contractual agreements.
• Ensure the overall operational efficiency of assigned mobile digital solutions, identifying potential risks and coordinating their escalation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Seek customer insights to improve their online experience.
What you need to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical (Engineering, Computer Science) or business field;
• An MSc or an MBA will be considered an asset.
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience as a Digital Product Owner leading one’s own Scrum delivery team for digital products and services, ideally for business Customers.
• Proven experience with digital product development, especially in the design and implementation of web-based services (both in agile and waterfall ways of working).
• Good understanding of business Customers and their needs, i.e. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as well as corporates. Relevant experience in the financial services sector will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work closely with UX teams, copywriters and infrastructure teams.
• Customer orientation – ability to put oneself in the Customer’s shoes.
• Organizational and proactive skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple balls and to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Influencing skills across stakeholders at different levels and functions.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a “can-do” approach.
• Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Team-player skills and willingness to work collaboratively across functions.
• A results-oriented spirit and a “hands-on” mentality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and in English, with both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite; familiarity with the MIRO collaboration tool will be considered a plus.
