This includes ensuring the correct and efficient implementation of credit risk models, measurement and assessment methods, enhancing the systems’ end-user experience and ease of use, and providing continuous operational support and training. What you will be doing • Coordinate the design of the Deployment Systems DB Schema aiming to deliver an effective operating data management state. • Cooperate with business areas of the Group and oversee the specifications to integrate the credit risk models and assessment methods while coordinating and safeguarding their correct operation. • Lead advanced analytics tasks via tools such as SQL server, SAS, Qlik, Power BI as well as monitor system usage by utilizing KPIs on data completeness and integrity for systems under their responsibility. • Coordinate the planning, processing, and execution of complex dataset export, in a scheduled or ad hoc frequency to feed critical business streams (supervisory / audit / operational). • Oversee the controlling of systems and processes that are developed/configured by the business areas. • Coordinate mass UATs (data focused) using the above analytical tools. • Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive end-user manuals. • Drive continuous training and operational support to end-users. • Cultivate a high-performance team, by inspiring their team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Informatics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance or in any other related field of study. • A Master’s degree in Risk Analytics and Modelling, Engineering, Mathematics, Operational Research, Information Science is preferred. • At least seven (7) years of work experience in a relevant role in Business, Finance, Banking Credit Risk Management, or related area. • Solid communication skills and Strong leadership skills. • Critical thinking and attention to detail. • Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize and handle multiple assignments. • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent command of the English language.
