Join our Finance team and #be_part_of_tomorrow #WeAreAlpha #EnablingProgress #ValuesThatLead #OneTeamOnePurpose Purpose As Solution Designer will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of software solutions that meet the business requirements in areas such as Risk Management, Capital Management, MIS, ALM etc. What you will be doing • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their business objectives and technical requirements. • Understand and review the business and application requirements and define the solution requirements, ensuring they are consistent with the Bank’s IT strategy and practices. • Create High-Level technical solution design and produce relevant documentation. • Coordinate and consolidate High-Level Estimations, based on the high-level business requirements. • Participate in projects estimation and planning, providing technical input and helping the team set realistic goals and timelines. • Collaborate with Project Manager to create project milestone planning. • Monitor actual medium-sized project attributes (financials, effort, milestones etc) and controls execution through respective phases. • Monitor closely Domain’s tasks related to Projects/Demand’s in order to contribute to demand’s overall progress reporting. • Cooperate with software engineers, data engineers, system engineers, and business analysts to implement effective and efficient software or data management solutions applying DevOps methods and iterative delivery. • Assess the impact of changes and enhancements on the existing architecture. • Provide guidance and support to resolve complex technical issues and system failures if they occur. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline. • Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices for building modular and maintainable systems. • Experience in designing scalable and resilient systems that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements. • Experience in leading, planning, executing, and managing projects. • Experience in DevOps and Agile methods and practices, familiarity with data modelling techniques, database design, optimization, and query tuning. • Familiarity with one or more RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with architectural patterns like SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), microservices design patterns, message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka) and integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel). • Familiarity with ETL tools like Microsoft SSIS. • Fluency in English language. • Prior experience in a banking environment will be considered an asset.
