You will work closely with cross functional IT teams and stakeholders to define architecture, guide development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. What you will be doing • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their business objectives and technical requirements. • Define and design comprehensive application architectures considering scalability, security, and performance. • Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documentation. • Design end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges and align with industry best practices. • Understand the business and application requirements and define the solution requirements, ensuring they are consistent with the Bank’s IT strategy and practices. • Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on architecture and best practices. • Participate in Architecture Chapter and conduct architecture reviews and ensure the implementation adheres to the proposed design. • Cooperate with the delivery teams in the implementation of the designed solution. • Provide guidance and support to resolve complex technical issues and system failures if they occur. • Assist in projects estimation and planning, providing technical input and helping the team set realistic goals and timelines. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in any other related field of study. • A Master’s degree in Computer Science will be considered an asset. • Proven experience as Solutions Architect in complex, enterprise-level environments. • Proficiency in various programming languages and technologies. • Deep knowledge of SOA, Architecture and Design on Microservices, REST Services development. • Experience or good knowledge of integration and event streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka) • Experience with containerization and cloud technologies Microsoft Azure/ AWS/ Kubernetes/Openshift. • Experience with cloud-based, CI/CD or DevOps development environment. • Strong development background building integration and application utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools and database systems. • Experience or good knowledge of IT security. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
