What you will be doing: • Monitor market trends and economic news in the international derivatives markets and carries out transactions to achieve profitability for the Bank. • Provide prices to the relevant Units of the Bank, to Group Companies with a similar scope of business, and to the Hellenic PDMA for the execution of derivative transactions. • Manage the derivatives portfolios of the Bank within the approved trading limits and the desk’s risk appetite. • Execute derivative transactions, such as interest rate swaps and caps, in the interbank market to hedge the risks of the derivatives portfolios and internal and external client transactions. • Applie trade guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legislations. • Contribute to professional relationships with financial institutions to identify areas of cooperation and ensure adequate interbank derivative limits to transact. What you need to have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields. • A Master’s Degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance or Risk Management (desired) • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience • Trading Management • Market Trend Analysis • Electronic Trading System Management • Capital Management • Attention to detail • Analytical Thinking • Collaboration • Complex Problem Solving • Decision Making • Result Orientation What we offer • It’s all about our people.
