As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s sales strategy to establish brand awareness, position the new property within the market, and drive revenue growth. You will lead the sales team in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities while ensuring alignment with the hotel’s long-term goals and objectives. With nearly 50 properties across five continents, Conrad Hotels & Resorts thrives on creating immersive experiences that authentically connect guests to local culture, and we invite you to be a part of this remarkable journey as we redefine luxury in Athens.

Ειδικές Δεξιότητες

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality. • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. • Analytical mindset with strong organizational and time management skills. • Expertise in Delphi, Opera and Microsoft Office. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, in a kind manner within a team-oriented environment.
