Chief Development Officer, Residential, Mixed-Use & Hospitality We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Development Officer, to join our Residential, Mixed-Use & Hospitality Development Department. In detail, the new colleague shall manage and coordinate various Development teams within the Department, on very interesting Projects currently under development. The position requires the following roles and responsibilities: • Support the Residential Commercial Department during the course of the Market Analysis which will result in the identification of the product mix, typology, characteristics. • Accordingly, provide feedback on preliminary project assumptions (project cost, timeline, development strategy options) to assist with the preparation of Development Brief & Feasibility Study of the project. • Support the Residential Financial Modelling Dpt. with the preparation of the Business Plan and constantly provide feedback and input for its monitoring. • Upon approval of the Business case (Feasibility Study), undertake the management & implementation of the Development Strategy for each project. During the whole development lifecycle, the collaboration, coordination and communication with the Commercial Residential dpt and the Financial Modelling Dpt. are imperative for the proper monitoring of the Projects, while ensuring accurate and timely information is available for management reporting, covering all aspects (Budget, Project Milestones affecting Revenue collection & Timeschedule). • Within the position responsibilities are also, in accordance with the Company Procurement policy and processes, the preparation and evaluation of the RfPs and RfQs for the selection of the Consultants / Design teams / Peer Reviewers and in general all external stakeholders needed for the delivery of the development project. • In accordance with the Company Legal & Controls Contracts Administration Departments, provide input for contract particulars while leading the contract negotiations process with the selected Stakeholders. • Collaborate with different in-house/external stakeholders (Urban Planning & Permitting Department/Controls/Legal/Site Management/Communication and Marketing), to ensure at all times compliance with project strategy and corporate goals. • Ensure timely submission of reporting for the projects portfolio handled for and receipt of approvals at projects stage gates for project continuation. • Support the Residential Commercial Department with the preparation of the Sales Documentation, and provide the technical documentation needed for the notaries addendums e.g. descriptions of Horizontal Establishment Properties, General or Particular Description of Properties, Homeonwers association, etc.). • Ad hoc meetings with the Residential Commercial Dpt. and Clients for facilitation of the Sales Process. • Facilitate handover to end user (Buyers, Operators, Asset Management Companies etc.)
