Your role as a Senior Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives, and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. During your tenure as a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to: Drive the development and execution of risk assessment and mitigation plans to enhance the client’s ability to identify, assess, monitor, prioritize and mitigate business risks. Develop / enhance the client’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite Framework and Risk Strategy. Implement risk management solutions aligned to the client’s vision, risk appetite and strategic priorities. Develop KRIs and KCIs metrics to monitor the client’s identified risks and controls. Lead the development of enterprise risk related policies, processes, and procedures. Lead / provide guidance throughout the course of the engagement to deliver with success. Engage with a range of stakeholders, including clients and Deloitte global network. #WinningRequirements Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar areas. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in enterprise risk management, preferably within the financial sector. Experience in operational and / or strategic risks will be considered as an asset. Excellent business, team development, and project management skills. Excellent practical knowledge of MS Office suite (excel, word, PowerPoint, project, access). Ability to communicate fluently in English and Greek.
