Your role as a Lead Test Analyst – Automation will focus on leading automation efforts and acting as the Analysis Lead for requirements and test design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, with experience in both business and technical aspects of testing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Technical Leads. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the automation deliverables by guiding what and how to automate, mentoring team members, and leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate test design and improve efficiency.
During your tenure, your key responsibilities will involve:
Requirements & Test Design Leadership: Act as the Analysis Lead for automation, primarily focused on requirements and test design, providing guidance and direction on what and how to automate at business and test design levels respectively.
Tool Expertise: Leverage tools such as Selenium, Appium and GenAI-powered solutions to support test design and automation activities.
Client Collaboration: Actively participate in meetings with external client teams for refinements, bug triage, and communicating progress on automation analysis.
Internal Leadership: Lead regular internal meetings with the client team to deliver status updates, reports, and presentations.
Mentorship: Provide guidance to team members on automation best practices, modern test design approaches, and the effective use of GenAI tools.
Automation Alignment: Collaborate with other Technical Leads to ensure the automation strategy aligns with the technical implementation of the project.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in test analysis, test automation, or similar roles.
Experience in leading or mentoring team members.
Strong experience in BDD with Gherkin and applying best practices in test design.
Proven ability to collaborate with Technical Leads and participate in cross-functional teams.
Extensive experience with automation, CI/CD, and test management tools, including Selenium, Appium, Ranorex, Jenkins, and Jira.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in Financial Services Sector will be considered a plus.
Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
