In this role, you’ll work within a team to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world’s largest organizations, you’ll help COO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance, to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation. #YourRole As an experienced AI Engineer, you will: Lead the design and delivery of AI and GenAI solutions across diverse industries; Architect and develop end - to - end AI systems, from data processing to deployment and monitoring; Evaluate, select, and fine - tune Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) for client - specific use cases; Integrate AI models into production systems ensuring scalability, performance, and security; Collaborate with cross - functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions; Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and innovation; Work with client leadership and internal stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define roadmaps, and drive strategy; Work with client leadership and internal stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define roadmaps, and drive strategy; Contribute to the development of AI assets, accelerators, and best practices within Deloitte's AI & Data Community. #WinningRequirements To qualify for the role you must have: Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field; 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably within a consulting or enterprise environment;; Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and scikit - learn; Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI applications; Hands - on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, versioning); Solid understanding of data pipelines, API development, and scalable architectures (Docker, Kubernetes); Experience in leading technical teams, providing guidance, and ensuring high - quality project delivery.
