In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that drives accurate reporting, regulatory excellence, and insightful liquidity analysis — empowering management to make confident, data-driven decisions that strengthen the Bank’s financial future. Accountabilities – High-Level Overview As part of our Financial Reporting & Systems Division, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of the Bank’s financial and regulatory reporting framework. You will contribute to the integrity of financial statements, the optimization of core accounting systems, and the delivery of reliable insights that support sound decision-making and regulatory compliance across the Group. You will join a collaborative team that drives digital transformation across reporting processes, enhances governance and control frameworks, and supports the Bank’s commitment to operational excellence and accountability. In this area, you will: • Prepare, review, and deliver financial statements, regulatory disclosures, and liquidity reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with international accounting and supervisory standards. • Administer and continuously enhance key financial systems (such as SAP and CDM), translating business needs into technology solutions and supporting automation initiatives. • Analyze financial, regulatory, and liquidity data to provide management with meaningful insights that guide strategy and strengthen financial governance. • Design and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls that ensure data integrity and reliable reporting. • Engage with auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency, compliance, and timely responses to reporting matters. • Lead and contribute to transformation projects aimed at standardizing and streamlining reporting processes across the Bank. • Inspire and support a high-performing team, promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and shared accountability. Needed Capabilities Technical and Professional Expertise • Deep understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards (IFRS/IAS) and regulatory frameworks applicable to the banking sector. • Experience in financial systems administration and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, CDM, or similar). • Knowledge of regulatory and liquidity reporting, including key supervisory ratios and metrics (LCR, NSFR, ALMM). • Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset, with proven skill in translating complex financial information into clear and actionable insights. Strategic and Analytical Thinking • Ability to challenge, simplify, and enhance existing processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Strategic mindset capable of balancing regulatory rigor with operational practicality. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, underpinned by curiosity and a focus on continuous improvement.
