Overview TITAN Group is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to join its Cyber Security and Resilience Department. This role plays a central part in defining and governing the company’s secure cloud architecture, supporting both corporate digital transformation and manufacturing operations initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the Cloud Security Architect will collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure, OT (Operational Technology), Cloud Engineering, Technology, and Digital teams to design, implement, and continuously enhance secure cloud and hybrid environments. The position ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cloud solutions across TITAN’s global manufacturing and enterprise landscape, contributing to the company’s mission of building a secure, resilient, and digitally empowered organization. Key Responsibilities: • Define and maintain the enterprise cloud security architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy, IT/OT integration, and corporate security frameworks. • Design secure cloud and hybrid environments that support interoperability between on-premise industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) and cloud-based analytics or IoT platforms. • Develop and enforce cloud security standards, reference architectures, and design patterns across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud environments. • Establish security baselines and guardrails for infrastructure-as-code, network architecture, IAM, encryption, and data protection. • Partner with Cloud Engineering and DevOps teams to embed secure-by-design principles into CI/CD pipelines and software deployment processes. • Perform architecture reviews, risk assessments, and threat modeling for digital manufacturing initiatives to ensure compliance, resilience, and defense-in-depth. • Lead cloud security assessments and oversee remediation of findings from penetration tests and audits. • Evaluate and select cloud security technologies (CSPM, CWPP, CASB, SIEM, DLP, Zero Trust frameworks) to enhance enterprise protection. • Drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles across hybrid and OT-connected environments. • Provide expertise in network segmentation and security integration between IT and OT systems. • Support compliance and certification efforts (ISO 27001, NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, GDPR). • Develop security automation strategies to improve monitoring, compliance, and incident response in multi-cloud environments. • Act as a trusted advisor to business and engineering teams on secure cloud migration and adoption projects.
