Accountabilities – High-Level Overview As part of our Corporate & Investment Banking Division, you will work at the center of strategic client relationships and large-scale financing transactions that shape the infrastructure, energy, and industrial landscape of Greece and the wider region. You will join a multidisciplinary team that combines sector expertise, financial structuring, and advisory excellence to deliver solutions that help clients realize complex investments while advancing the Bank’s growth strategy. In this role, you will: • Originate, structure, and manage financing transactions across the Infrastructure, Power & Utilities, and Industrial sectors, ensuring projects are sound, sustainable, and aligned with the Bank’s strategic and risk framework. • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to identify business opportunities and deliver integrated financial solutions in collaboration with other Bank Units and Group Companies. • Evaluate and monitor investment projects, preparing financial models, projections, and risk assessments to support informed credit and investment decisions. • Coordinate transaction execution, from due diligence and documentation to closing and post-deal monitoring, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. • Stay attuned to market developments and sector trends, leveraging insights to shape business development strategies and uncover new opportunities. • Promote a culture of collaboration and performance, supporting team growth and contributing to continuous improvement across all processes. ________________________________________ 4.
