Overview
TITAN Group is looking for a talented Operations Process Architect, to be responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing core business processes across global manufacturing operations. Acting as the bridge between business needs and enterprise capabilities, this position drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability across Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain functions. The position will be based at TITAN’s headquarters in Athens, Greece.
The Operations Process Architect will lead process transformation efforts—identifying inefficiencies, leveraging process mining and digital tools, and embedding best-in-class methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)—to deliver measurable operational excellence.
This role will report to Digital Portfolio Director and will be part of the Group Digital and Strategy Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and re-engineering of end-to-end business processes across operations, maintenance, warehouse management, and supply chain.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and enhance productivity.
• Act as a change agent for operational excellence initiatives, guiding regional and plant teams through process improvement journeys.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including Operations, IT, and Supply Chain—to translate improvement opportunities into executable transformation programs.
• Utilize process mining, analytics, and digital tools to identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed decisions.
• Develop business cases for automation, digitalization, and transformation investments.
• Collaborate with vendors and consulting partners to benchmark best practices and accelerate implementation.
• Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement through standardization and governance.
Candidate Profile
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in operations or process architecture within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in process transformation and ERP/MES/WMS implementations.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Proven experience in process improvement and optimization across manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency in process mapping and process mining tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and measurable impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
