To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a Site Architect - CBU The Site Architect will be reporting to the Construction Manager of the project. Our new colleague in this position, will be participating in the project team for the completion of the construction project. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate site personnel, equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress. In general, the Site Architect, will be responsible for the following tasks: • Assist in preparing the construction budget, the time schedule • Contribute in drafting the project execution plan, method statements and quality plan. • Collaborate with the respective team members, site superintendent and foremen. • Coordinate and supervise construction works in accordance to the schedule and drawings. • Prepare monthly subcontractor and supplier payment certifications and works acceptance. • Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reporting
