As we scale rapidly, we are looking for modern, data-driven, consumer-centric digital marketers to lead our growth engine. Role Overview: As a Senior Digital Growth Marketer, you will design and execute the full growth strategy — from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, using data to drive growth and optimize unit economics. You will combine analytical depth with creative experimentation, transforming insights into measurable impact on customer lifetime value, satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Execution • Develop and own the end-to-end digital growth roadmap across customer segments; • Lead acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across Google, Meta, app stores, affiliates, and in-platform journeys; • Define KPIs and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, NPS, etc.) and continuously optimize them; • Use behavioral, transactional, and demographic segmentation to personalize communication and offers. Data & Analytics • Build unified performance dashboards combining data from platform analytics, Google, CRM, and external data sources; • Use tools like Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or Power BI to visualize trends and support decision-making; • Own marketing attribution, ROI analysis, and funnel performance monitoring; • Collaborate with data and product teams to improve tracking, data quality, and insight accuracy; Customer Experience & Retention • Manage NPS and customer satisfaction frameworks; • Translate feedback into actionable improvements in product and marketing communication; • Develop engagement programs that increase lifetime value and reduce churn; Business & Financial Impact • Model and monitor marketing’s contribution to unit economics and P&L; • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and investor discussions with performance insights; • Drive ROI optimization and intelligent allocation of marketing budgets; • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Requirements: • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing. • Previous experience within a major fintech or large-scale consumer platform such as Revolut, Klarna, N26, Monzo, PayPal, or the payment/e-commerce divisions of Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, or similar — is a must. • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, growth loops, and data-driven retention models. • Expertise with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), marketing automation (Braze, HubSpot, Iterable), and analytics stacks (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel). • Proven ability to connect and interpret data from multiple systems to build a single view of performance. • Strong understanding of P&L logic, unit economics, and marketing profitability metrics. • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; SQL knowledge is a plus. • Entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, data-intensive environments.
