Role Summary The Production and Construction Manager is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for overseeing the manufacturing, assembly, and on-site construction of EUNICE products. This includes the EW16 wind turbine, the S4S energy autonomy systems, and other integrated energy solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, ERP proficiency, plant management capabilities, and hands-on construction experience. This role ensures efficient production operations, high-quality standards, and the successful delivery of construction projects, while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Production Management Oversee daily operations of the production facility, including manufacturing and assembly of EUNICE products. Ensure production schedules and milestones are met through coordination with logistics, procurement, and inventory teams. Utilize ERP systems to track production progress, inventory levels, and resource planning. Monitor and optimize production processes using lean manufacturing principles. Collaborate with engineering to implement design changes and resolve technical issues. Construction & Site Operations Plan, organize, and supervise on-site construction activities, including installation and commissioning of EUNICE systems. Coordinate construction timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Oversee field teams and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Team Leadership Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including production engineers, field technicians, and construction personnel. Develop a high-performing team through training, mentoring, and structured performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Collaborate with the QHSE team to maintain compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare reports on production and construction performance, including key metrics, project updates, and resource utilization.

Ειδικές Δεξιότητες

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of combined experience in production engineering, plant management, ERP usage, and construction project management. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects in the renewable energy or industrial manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of production processes, assembly methods, and on-site construction practices. Proficiency with ERP systems for production planning and resource management. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent business management experience. Experience in renewable energy systems, particularly wind turbines or hybrid energy solutions. Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement methodologies. Previous experience in plant operations or construction management within the energy sector.
