Περιγραφή

Job title: Project Management Officer Overview TITAN is seeking an experienced PMO to lead the coordination, governance, and performance tracking of key strategic and operational projects across the Greek region. Based at the Head Office in Athens, this role will act as a central point of alignment between business units, HQ functions, and project teams , ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with strategic priorities. The PMO will provide structure, visibility, and discipline in project management, while enabling collaboration and consistency across all functions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the regional project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives align with TITAN’s strategic goals and deliver measurable value. • Establish and oversee governance frameworks to standardize project execution, improve visibility, and strengthen accountability across functions. • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying interdependencies, risks, and resource constraints while ensuring timely and data-driven decisions. • Advise senior leadership on prioritization, progress, and performance, providing insights that influence strategic decision-making. • Drive consistency and efficiency in project management practices, ensuring alignment with group-level standards and best practices. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, coordinating between Operations, Digital, and Business Support teams to ensure seamless execution and knowledge sharing. • Support project managers, building internal capability and promoting a results-oriented, structured project culture. • Champion transformation and change, helping embed new ways of working, digital tools, and performance-driven governance models. • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards that communicate project health, ROI, and strategic progress. • Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and methodologies to strengthen regional execution excellence. Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in industrial or multi-site environments. • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders at senior levels. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Power BI, Jira). • Fluent in Greek and English. • Completed Military obligations (if applicable).
