Job title: Product Manager Overview TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team at our Head Office. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on driving product innovation and market leadership in the construction materials sector, with a specific emphasis on the development and execution of product strategies. Key Responsibilities • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. Create product strategy documents that include business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development, QA, and release of products, while effectively balancing resources to meet organizational goals. • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to understand market demands, customer preferences, and industry trends • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s products in key market segments; collaborate with the communication team to create compelling promotional materials and advertising campaigns. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools, materials, and strategies to enhance product sales. • Actively contribute to the development and execution of sustainability initiatives related to all product lines in the Greek region. • Conduct training programs to educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices. Candidate Profile • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in the cement or lightweight building materials industries. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Engineering. • Strong technical knowledge in concrete applications and product performance evaluation is preferred. • Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Self-Driven, with the ability to set and pursue goals that drive excellence. • Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in developing environmentally responsible construction materials. • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external parties. • Continuous improvement mindset. • Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written). • Completed Military obligations (if applicable)
