Starting with the role: We are looking to hire an M&A Senior Expert to join our Strategic Advisory and M&A team. During your day you will: - Perform the identification, valuation, and analysis of potential M&A targets - Prepare and update financial models and other tools used throughout various deal stages - Participate in the due diligence review process, reviewing financial, operational, and legal documentation - Prepare internal presentations to Motor Oil’s management - Support negotiations and collaborate closely with all stakeholders on deal structuring and financial offer preparation - Assist in the project management of the company’s M&A transactions to ensure reliable and timely preparation and execution What you need to stand out: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration. - Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA, preferably, non-compulsory. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in M&A, preferably with experience in large-scale manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas companies. - Prior experience in a Big 4 Strategy Consulting firm, Investment Banking division, or a financial advisory institution is preferred but not mandatory. - Detailed understanding of valuation methodologies.
