Main duties and responsibilities • Advise on the strategic development, management, and optimization of hospitality and real estate assets, including hotels, residential properties, commercial buildings, and investment portfolios. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, valuation benchmarks, occupancy patterns, and investment opportunities. • Support feasibility studies and business plans for new developments, acquisitions, or renovations, including ROI analysis, budgeting, and financial performance projections. • Collaborate with external partners, including architects, project managers, brokers, consultants, and legal advisors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Monitor asset performance, including revenue metrics, operating expenses, yields, and asset value changes. • Oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions or disposals, ensuring thorough assessment of legal, technical, financial, and operational aspects. • Provide operational guidance to hospitality teams, including front-of-house, housekeeping, F&B, and facilities management where applicable. • Assist in the negotiation of leases, contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships to maximize asset value and operational efficiency. • Support sustainability and ESG initiatives across hospitality and real estate assets, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. • Prepare reports, investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. • Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations departments to ensure cohesive asset strategy and performance monitoring. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management or Business Administration or Economics or a related field. • A relevant Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Hospitality & Tourism Management) will be considered an asset. • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, real estate advisory, property management, asset management, or a similar field. • Experience in hotel operations, asset evaluation, investment analysis, or large property portfolios is highly advantageous. • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, service quality standards, and guest experience metrics. • Good knowledge of real estate valuation methods, market analysis, and investment modelling. • Familiarity with property management systems, revenue management tools, CRM platforms, or hospitality software. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ability to create financial models. • Strong capability in technical reporting, presentations, and due-diligence documentation. • Strong analytical and commercial mindset. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Customer-focused and service-oriented approach. • Professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage confidential information. • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
