Artificial Intelligence Solution Engineer Main duties and responsibilities • Implement AI in existing systems (e.g., ERPs, mobile apps, analytics platforms). • Work with structured and unstructured datasets to prepare high-quality training data. • Develop data pipelines and transformations, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance. • Collaborate with IT and DB teams on data accessibility and integrations. • Deploy models into production using best practices (CI/CD, containers, APIs). • Monitor and maintain model performance, ensuring robustness, scalability, and retraining strategies. • Optimize inference performance on cloud and edge devices. • Translate business requirements into technical AI specifications. • Work with department stakeholders (operations, technical, purchasing, HSQ, IT) to identify automation and optimization opportunities. • Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and risks of AI initiatives. • Prototype new algorithms or tools to accelerate digital transformation. • Recommend emerging technologies (e.g., computer vision, anomaly detection, generative AI). • Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and data privacy. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. • At least 3 years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or advanced software engineering as previous experience. • Strong experience with ML/DL frameworks. • Expertise in Python and familiarity with additional relevant languages • Experience with cloud platforms • Solid understanding of data engineering tools.
