Job purpose
Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. Duties and responsibilities
--Business Growth Strategy:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
I-dentify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
--Lead Generation and Prospecting:
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
-Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategic methods.
--Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
-Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
--Strategic Partnerships:
-Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership agreements.
--Sales Presentations and Pitching:
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
-Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
--Revenue Generation:
-Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective business development strategies.
-Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the entire sales process.
--Market Analysis and Reporting:
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
-Provide regular reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
Ειδικές Δεξιότητες
Required skills and qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-Proven 5+ international experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
-IT Consulting and/or Technology sales background, however exposure in the Education market, Consulting or Examination / Certification sectors in previous role(s) would be considered as an asset.
-Sound understanding of channel development, strategy selling principles, partnership strategy and consultative selling
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
-Proactive and results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
-Fluency in English is required (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
-Competence in MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar
-Willing to work across time zones and teams to deliver results
-A second language other than English would be a benefit
