Academic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, QS, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Construction Claims Specialist or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and claims management processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in claim documentation. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for claim management. • A team player with a collaborative mindset. • Willingness to stay updated on industry regulations and standards. • Certification in claims management or construction law is a plus. • Appropriate certifications and industry affiliations relevant to education and experience. • Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written). Professional Experience: • At least 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role in construction, or real estate, or energy projects. • Excellent knowledge of Engineering/Construction and Microsoft Office applications.
