Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A go-getter attitude with a passion for driving results and achieving goals.
