Academic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Operations Management, or related. • A Master’s degree or additional certifications in facility or event management is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software. Professional Experience: • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in operations, facilities management, or event coordination, leisure, or hospitality environment. • Strong understanding of facility operations, third-party vendor management, and large-scale event coordination. • Experienced in budgeting and financial management for operations. On a personal side, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities: • Proven experience with sports tenants and management of their operational needs. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication, collaborative work approach and customer-centric mindset. • Expertise in health, safety, and compliance regulations especially in sports facilities and events. • Leadership skills with hands-on approach to problem-solving. • Detail-oriented, ensuring high standards in service delivery and operations. • Ability to work under pressure during large events or unexpected situations, ensuring operational continuity. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with sports tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. • Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a sports park.
