Candidate Profile: Qualifications and Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture or similar roles. • Proven experience designing and securing multi-cloud and hybrid architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Deep understanding of cloud-native security, IAM, encryption, network design, and compliance frameworks. • Experience integrating IT and OT security controls in industrial/manufacturing environments. • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools. • Strong understanding of DevSecOps and securing CI/CD workflows. • One or more relevant certifications (CCSP, CISSP, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical risks into business context. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • For male candidates, completion of military obligations is required. • Strategic thinker who aligns technical design with business outcomes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Effective communicator across IT, engineering, and production teams. • Collaborative and supportive leadership style, fostering knowledge sharing. • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in cloud security. Preferred: • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Information Systems. • Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82). • Experience designing secure IoT or IIoT architectures for manufacturing. • Certifications such as SABSA, TOGAF, or CISM. • Understanding of Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) and cloud-native tools (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Defender for Cloud, Wiz, Orca).
