Candidate Profile Qualifications - University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - 8–10 years of experience in industrial environments, including at least 6 years in maintenance within large industrial organizations (preferably cement or heavy industry). - Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance. - Proficiency with ERP or CMMS systems, spreadsheets, and other standard desktop applications. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Military obligations completed (if applicable).
