What we look for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree will be a plus. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital channels’ management, preferably in the certification, education, or technology industry. Minimum 5 years in managing digital products and experiences. Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired,  or  certificate would be a plus) Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable. Demonstrated experience in utilizing technology tools such as CRM, PRM, LMS, data analytics, marketing automation, and collaboration platforms to enhance partner management and experience. Familiarity with the certification industry, including relevant trends, standards, and accreditation processes will be an asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation & communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in an international environment and managing partners across different regions. Well organized, strong teamwork approach and team motivator, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
