BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree. • 7+ years of experience with an emphasis on application testing and verification activities. • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. • Strong capabilities developing and executing test scripts • Demonstrated capabilities in understanding information systems • Deep understanding non-functional and functional requirements and designing a test strategy to ensure the system fulfills the requirements • Excellent oral and written communication skills including technical writing / documentation • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other engineering discipline. • Previous Clinical and/or Clinical Supply experience • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. • Test automation experience • Testing experience with highly regulated systems
