Qualifications and Experience Sought • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred • Experience working with web development platforms, CMS and frameworks • Experience of service management frameworks (eg ITIL) and project management methodologies (eg PRINCE2) • Experience in Pharmaceutical marketing on web & mobile platforms an advantage • Strong knowledge of web based marketing concepts as applicable to Customer marketing • Strong knowledge of mobile web and application concepts as applicable to Customer marketing • Excellent communication skills; can articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience • Strong onshore/offshore client engagement skills • Strong onshore/offshore vendor management skills • Project planning, management, and organization skills • Service design and implementation experience • Must have knowledge of mobile web and application concepts
