In this role, she/he will : · Follow up, analyse and document EU and national industrial relation’s legislation (e.g. labour law legislation, social security system, social dialogue, health and safety regulations) · Support the documentation, promotion and lobbying of labor policies. · Co-ordinate policy recommendations with working groups · Draft position papers, briefings, speeches, presentations, written communication. Profile: · A university degree in economics, law, social studies, political studies, science or relevant topics. A post graduate degree in relevant topic is also required. · At least 5 years work experience in labor relations, labor market, industrial relations, industrial economics, human resource management or development economics · Experience with European or international organizations is a strong asset. · Networking, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills · Excellent spoken and written skills in English · proficiency in MS office tools
