You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria: Academic Qualifications: • A Bachelor degree, ideally combined with an MSc degree, in Engineering (Architectural) • Excellent command of the English language; any other language will consider as an asset. Professional Experience: • Strong professional experience in residential and/or hospitality projects with 10 years or more on design / construction development experience • Previous working experience in managing design teams in the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects • Basic commercial awareness of working within design budgets, including project and product cost constraints, traceability of commercial variations and recovery of additional costs. • A background in design consultancy and construction activity and have worked with international consultants, contractors and major clients regarding the completion of projects • Strong knowledge of Greek Building Regulations, Euro-codes, American and British Standards Strong knowledge of Greek Building Regulations, Euro-codes, American and British Standards On a personal side, the ideal candidate: • On a personal side, you have proven leadership skills, as to manage and drive the design teams and ensuring design delivery process to key milestone schedule. Additionally, you manage clear tracking, reporting and scheduling system for necessary reports to the client as well as other stakeholders • You are able to communicate effectively with different departments and project teams • Commercial awareness. You are totally able to gain trust and support of other colleagues and co-workers, you encourage collaboration, you are cooperative and you are viewed as a team player!
