You will be an ideal candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria: Academic Qualifications: • A university degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate, or in a relevant area of study. • Appropriate certifications and industry affiliations relevant to education and experience. • Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written). Professional Experience: • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the legal, business administration, or real estate industries with a proven track record in negotiating, drafting, executing, and managing commercial contracts. • Good understanding of business principles in the Retail and/or Real Estate industry and familiarity with legal terms and concepts linked to commercial lease agreements is a plus. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word & Power Point).
